WA massage therapist charged over alleged assault during Cannington reflexology appointment
Western Australia Police have charged a 57-year-old massage therapist after a woman alleged she was sexually assaulted during a reflexology appointment at a beauty salon in the Perth suburb of Cannington. Detectives from the Sexual Assault Squad allege the Treeby man, an employee of the massage therapy business, sexually assaulted his client during the appointment.
He has been charged with sexual penetration without consent and unlawful and indecent assault. Police said the investigation began after the alleged victim reported the incident to authorities. The investigation remains ongoing. The man is expected to appear before Perth Magistrates Court on May 15.
