Austria lines up around 50 official Eurovision 2026 public viewings, including 29 in Vienna

Austria is preparing a nationwide celebration for the Eurovision Song Contest 2026, with around 50 official public viewing events currently planned across the country. Vienna is set to host 29 of these gatherings, while roughly 20 are being arranged outside the capital.

Public viewing has long been central to how Eurovision fans experience the contest together. This year, numerous official partners are again adopting the format and are authorized to present their events as “Official Eurovision Song Contest Public Viewings.” Organizers say larger public viewings are planned in all federal states.

The biggest event announced so far is currently planned at the Dornbirn Exhibition Center in Vorarlberg. The tally of events is still growing nationwide, with more public viewings expected to be added as preparations continue for Eurovision 2026.
